Many celebrate this day, the Day of the Cross, in South America, Mexico and Spain, at the third of May. But who really knows why? What is the Background of These celebrations?I have written the knowledge about it into a song.
Helena, the mother of the Roman emperor Constantine went to the Palestine and found the cross. She brought it to Rome. Constantine turned Christinan and made Christianity the Religion of the empire. That is a feat to celebrate, isnt it? I was there at the celebrations in Granada.

Die Kreuzreliquie ist historisch nachweisbar, seit Helena, die Mutter Kaiser Konstantins, anlässlich einer Reise nach Jerusalem bei Grabungen 3 Kreuze auffand. Wie kam sie darauf, dass es das richtige Kreuz war? Nun, sie legte eine tote Frau auf die Kreuze, beim richtigen wurde die Tote auf wundersame Weise wieder lebendig. So die Legende. Im Dom zu Hildesheim ein 17 × 8 cm grosses Reliquien-Stück des Kreuzes aufbewahrt.
Auf der ganzen Welt gibt es so viele Holzstückchen vom Kreuz Christi, dass man ein ganzes zeitgenössisches Mittelmeerschiff bauen könnte. Diese spöttische Bemerkung stammt von Erasmus von Rotterdam. Aber vielleicht gab es ja eine wundersame Holzvermehrung…

Das mit dem Kreuz ist sicher richtig. Dass das Kreuz überhaupt so wichtig ist im christlichen Glauben ist nicht verwunderlich. Wie kann man denn sonst die andere Großtat Christus’ darstellen, aufzuerstehen? Aber für die Christen ist woul wichtiger dass durch das Leiden des Gottessohnes ihre eigenen Übeltaten getilgt werden.

Mi bello,tu sabes que el conocimiento está en ti ,aunque consultes Wiki … tuviste la idea de buscar un sentido a este día,pues seguro después de escuchar tu canción los demás seres investigarán aunque no sean cristianos,siempre es interesante un poco de historia aunque no compartamos todo el universo este sentido del día de la cruz.

Nosotros lo gusta aprovechar de festvos par ser feliz, pasear, encontrar otros, comer algo etc. Por eso toda fe tiene sus ocasiones y la gente aprovecha sin conocer exactamente la causa de un festivo. Gracias por tu bello comentario,mi hadaamada.
